Borrowing Method:
It is free of charge for membership application. Please come to our Centre during the opening hours for application.

Rules and Regulations:

• You have to present your Library Card when borrowing books and other resources.
• Each Library Card can allow the borrower to borrow one item (including books, CD-ROM, or any other resources).
• Each item can be borrowed for 2 weeks (14 days), and can be extended twice when there are no reservations made by others.
• Extending of borrowing can be done calling us before the end of the borrowing period.
• Each overdue item will be charged at $1 per day and the maximum fine is the value of the overdue item.
• For any damage, the borrower has to pay for the cost of the item.
